We offer a unique mixture of fusion style classes that allow you to get two workouts in one class, as well as more traditional classes with only your straight up favorites! Our small group atmosphere, inspirational instructors, and strong community, will help you find motivation when you need it most!
One of our core classes, and what truly sets us apart along with our fusion classes. Burn fat and calories while increasing your cardiovascular endurance with our high-intensity but low-impact indoor cycling classes.
Our HIIT FIT class is a full body workout designed to get your heart rate up so you can expect to burn calories and fat long after the class has ended. Each class you will be given different movements to be completed in the set time intervals for that given day.
PEDAL + PUMP
The ultimate fusion. RIDE + HIIT FIT. Push yourself in the saddle for 20-30 minutes followed by a full body workout completed off the bike using a combination of equipment done to time intervals.
High-intensity. Low-impact. Quick. Effective. This fusion class combines cardio endurance using a row machine with a full body burn completed with TRX suspension trainers. TRowX is done in rower and TRX intervals so it’s quick but extremely effective in helping you achieve your results.
BURN + BARRE
Fusion of indoor cycling + barre. Get your heart rate up and burn calories on the bike before a 20-25 minutes full body barre burn.
Indoor cycling + yoga. Get the benefits of yoga with a quick practice after your RIDE. This practice will slow you down and compliment your high-intensity sweat sesh!
Not your traditional Barre class! Our Barre Bootcamp uses ballet barre basics as our foundation along with light hand weights, bands, and body weight movements to achieve a full body sculpt. We throw in intervals as we complete our combination of movements add some intensity!
This creative flow focuses on the link between movement and breath. This practice is made up of traditional poses with a interesting twist that will have you feeling energized and rejuvenated.
