After gaining 30+ lbs in my senior year of college I knew something had to change when I saw a picture of myself the Summer after I graduated. I had no idea who I was when I saw that picture. The person looking back at me was not me.

When I started working a full time job the following Fall, I used it as my opportunity to create a solid routine . I didn’t make any crazy changes aside from packing and preparing my food.  I also started working out regularly, about 4 times per week before or after work. As I made the time for myself and my body started to change I felt so much more confident and empowered in all areas of my life. After about 2.5 years working at that job the opportunity to open my own gym arose.

I started Fused Fitness (formerly known as Cycle 6) in 2016 with my boyfriend at that time. Since we opened we have transformed and changed many times to meet our needs and the needs of our clients. I’ve learned so much about fitness, health, business and most importantly self-worth over the last 5 years.

My goal is to help as many women as I can make the changes they need to make to help transform their lives. The changes that serve and support them to living a more healthy, fulfilling and confident life.

"My love of exercise and training has made me participate in various sports such as Hockey, Football, Soccer and Track and Field. The sports I have played have taught me many different life lessons and methods of training which help me bring to our members as a personal trainer. My love for sports grew so much I got a degree in Sports Studies (with a minor in Psychology) from Manhattanville College which really helped develop and expand my knowledge of training. I can't wait to meet you!


Some of my interests include: Sports - snowboarding is my favorite right now, all nerd stuff including Harry Potter, Dungeon and Dragons, Star Trek , Fishing, Video games, Long walks on a beach."
